Beschreibung:Prerequisites: No prior experiences are required for this basic tutor training. Experiences as a tutor would be an advantage. Are you already tutor? Will you become a tutor? Are your looking for opportunities, to prepare yourself for the job as a tutor? The certificate "Hochschuldidaktische Qualifizierung als Tutor/in" (Qualified Tutor) will improve your work as a tutor. As a tutor you have a significant role in supporting your fellow students to improve their educational performance, to understand difficult concepts, and to develop study as well as personal skills. For this important role as a tutor, the Osnabrück University offers a curriculum, which prepares you for and accompanies you during your job as a tutor. Since June 2016 this curriculum is accredited by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Hochschuldidaktik (dghd) and consists of one basic and two advanced trainings coupled with an individual learning portfolio. Furthermore, will discuss the role of tutors in general, the characteristics of good as well as bad tutors etc. to be able to reflect our own actions as a tutor. The seminar we are offering this term with cover the first module that is required for the successful completion of the whole certificate. |
