Beschreibung

The seminar "Organic Computing" addresses actual computer engineering topics concerning the imitation of methodologies of organic systems such as the autonomous nervous system and the immune system on technical systems. In this way, features like emergence, self-organisation as well as a more robust behaviour should be achieved such that a technical system may learn to cope with or work around design faults and/or defects.

The participants of the seminar will have to read and rate some original papers, summarize them and present their results for discussion.
